Data Import & Export
As your business scales, you need reliable ways to move operational data in and out of the platform. The Data Import/Export tab provides CSV export and CSV import workflows for supported entities.
Exporting Financial Data (CSV)
Under the Exports section, administrators can generate detailed, structural CSV outputs of their active Organization.
Supported exports/imports include:
- Transactions
- Clients
- Invoices
- Credit Notes
- Recurring Schedules
- Sites
- Providers
- Domains
Exports include decryptable business fields where permitted by your organization encryption context.
[!NOTE] Exports reflect only the data belonging to the Organization currently active in the top-left dropdown. To export across multiple subsidiary organizations, you must switch scopes and perform independent exports.
Data Import
The system provides import templates, validation, and asynchronous import jobs.
Typical flow:
- Download entity template CSV.
- Upload for validation (
import/validate). - Start import job (
import) and track status.
